The project for 700 Ocean Avenue is returning 3/31/21.

From the applicant: “We intend to restructure the existing non-conforming four lots into two substantially more-conforming lots, and build a new home on the resultant Northern lot per the attachment.”

The proposed lot line adjustment will be heard by the LUDRC on 12/9/20.
