CERT Teams

The Community Emergency Response Team program trains community members throughout the United States to assist first responders during emergencies. There are two Community Emergency Response Teams within the Point Richmond Neighborhood. Find out more about the City of Richmond’s CERT program at https://www.certrichmond.org/.

The Point Richmond Community Emergency Response Team serves downtown and the adjacent neighborhoods. Shaun Partlow, shaun@prcert.org, and Edie Sellers, edie@prcert.org, lead the PRCERT team.
