Philip Rosenthal

Philip was born in Miami and moved to the bay area in 1995. He has lived in Point Richmond for 25 years and loves the “small-town” feel.

He is passionate about the conditions of our local parks and playgrounds.

He lives with his husband, who has been here for over 60 years, and their oddball chihuahua mix named Pinto.
