Charmain Tyler

Charmain first became involved in the PRNC in 2008.  She has always loved the historic aspect of Point Richmond and would like to see it keep its charm.  She feels that she can help with that goal by being part of the PRNC.  She has served as Membership Chair, and Member at Large, and now serves as PRNC Secretary.  She is also learning a lot about building and architecture by serving as Secretary for the Land Use and Design Review Committee (LUDRC).  Charmain has recently retired from working as a Special Ed Teacher where she really liked working with the elementary age children.  Prior to that she had another career working in the telecommunications industry worldwide.  Charmain enjoys international travel and meeting people from other cultures.  Now that she is retired, she will be trying her hand at various arts and crafts, and enjoying walks around our beautiful Bay Area.
