SUMMARY:Spirit of 45 Pancake Breakfast on SS Red Oak Victory
DESCRIPTION:Bicycle or walk the scenic\, historic Shipyard 3 section of Bay Trail  to a breakfast cooked in and served from a real World War II ship’s galley. Freshly made pancakes\, sausage\, bacon\, and scrambled eggs will be accompanied by apple slices\, coffee and orange juice. And Mimosas are availlable for our adult patrons for an extra fee.\nBreakfast will be accompanied by the live music. Plus\, the original 1944 radio room will be in operation to send free Radiograms to friends and family around the world.\nBreakfast is only $15 for adults and $5 for children 8 and under. Breakfast service begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 12:30 PM. As an added bonus\, a limited number of same-day docent-guided tours of the ship are available at a discounted rate.\nRed Oak Victory is ideally situated for panoramic views of the entire San Francisco Bay and adjacent cities. After breakfast\, enjoy a tour of the ship or just sit\, chat with new friends\, and enjoy the view. DESCRIPTION:Remember the end of World War II and the Spirit of 1945 at our Pancake Breakfast on August 11.  1940s music by ————-.\n\n\nOn August 11\, celebrate the end of World War II and the spirit of 1945 with breakfast on Red Oak Victory. Freshly made pancakes\, sausage\, bacon\, and scrambled eggs will be accompanied by apple slices\, coffee and orange juice. And Mimosas are available for our adult patrons for an extra fee. You can then tour the Red Oak Victory and work off some of those extra calories. \nYou’ll be entertained during breakfast by live 1940s music performed by the Lovin’ Harmony Trio. We’re encouraging our visitors to dress like the 1940s and we’ll have a contest selecting the best civilian and military clothing. But\, if dressing up is not your thing\, you are also welcome to just come-as-you-are and enjoy a beautiful Sunday by the Bay. \nYour breakfast is only $15 for adults and $5 for children 8 and under. Breakfast service begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. As an added bonus\, a limited number of same-day docent-guided tours of the ship are available at a discounted rate with your breakfast purchase.
